Maximum Opportunity to Participate. A. It is the requirement of the Federal Department of Transportation ("DOT") that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises as defined in 49 CFR Part 23 shall have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of concession agreements at the Airport. Consequently, the DBE requirements of 49 CFR Part 23 are hereby included in this Agreement. Company agrees to comply with the requirements of any such regulations as applicable to this Agreement. Furthermore, Company agrees to submit information at the request of the Airport concerning the DBE(s) that may participate in this Agreement. This information will include the name and address of each DBE, a description of the work to be performed by each named DBE and the dollar value of the DBE's contracted participation. The Company will also provide information as requested by the Airport describing the purchase or lease of goods or services from DBE(s) including, but not limited to, the purchase or lease of automobiles, fuel, tires, maintenance and janitorial services and other services.

  • How to Participate 4.1. To qualify for the Campaign, participants must purchase a minimum of two (2) and up to a maximum of five (5) units of the Eligible Product(s) in a single invoice or receipt and submit their participation through the online application form, further details of which are set out in Clause 4.3.1. of these Terms And Conditions below (“Online Application Form”).
