EQUALITY OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. During the performance of any contract for financed in whole or in part by appropriation of the State of Delaware, the contractor agrees as follows:
EQUALITY OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. 4.1 Nondiscrimination. The Medical Center and the Association agree to abide by all applicable local, state and federal laws that prohibit discrimination or harassment on the basis of age, sex, race, creed, color, disability, sexual orientation, or national origin in the hiring, placement, salary determination, or other terms or conditions of employment for nurses employed or to become employed in job classifications covered by this Agreement.
EQUALITY OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. A. The Medical Center and the Association agree that they will, jointly and separately, abide by all applicable state and federal laws against discrimination in employment on account of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, veteran’s status, sexual orientation, or disability.
EQUALITY OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. The Medical Center and the Association shall comply with applicable anti-discrimination laws regarding age, sex, religion, race, national origin, and participation or non-participation in union activities, with respect to hiring, placement, promotion, or with respect to any other employment condition for Registered Nurses.
EQUALITY OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. 33 The Employer shall not discriminate against any nurse on account of membership in the Association. 35 The Employer and the Association agree that each will fully comply with applicable laws and 36 regulations regarding discrimination and will not discriminate against any nurse or applicant for 1 employment because of such person's race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, marital 2 status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability or veteran status.
EQUALITY OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. 6.1 The Employer agrees that it will not discriminate against any nurse applicant or any nurse employee, either in hiring, promoting, or assigning to positions, or in regard to any other item or condition of employment, because of race, color, ancestry, religious or political belief, sex, age, marital status, or activity on behalf of the Association. All items contained within this Article are not subject to the provisions of Article 18 of this Agreement.

The Medical Center and Association shall, in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, not discriminate in employment matters against any nurse on account of age, sex, race, creed, color, national origin, marital status, veteran status, religion, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or physical or mental handicap not relevant to performance of duties. There shall be no discrimination by the Medical Center against any nurse on account of membership in or lawful activity on behalf of the Association, provided that it does not interfere with normal the Medical Center routine, his/her duties or those of other Medical Center employees.
EQUALITY OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. 3.1 The Hospital and the Association will, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, not discriminate in employment matters against any nurse on account of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status or political affiliation. The Hospital and the Association will not discipline or otherwise penalize any nurse on account of membership in or lawful activity for or against the Association, provided that such activity does not interfere with the nurse’s duties or the duties of other the Hospital nurses, unless the activity is expressly permitted by this Agreement.

The Service Center and the Association agree that they will, jointly and 26 separately, abide by all applicable state, federal, and local laws against 27 discrimination in employment on account of race, color, religion, national origin, 28 age, sex, veteran’s status, sexual orientation, disability or other protected status.
EQUALITY OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. 12 The Medical Center and Association shall, in accordance with applicable state 13 and federal laws, not discriminate in employment matters against any nurse on account 14 of age, sex, race, creed, color, national origin, marital status, veteran status, religion, 15 religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or physical or mental handicap not relevant to 16 performance of duties. There shall be no discrimination by the Medical Center against 17 any nurse on account of membership in or lawful activity on behalf of the Association, 18 provided that it does not interfere with normal the Medical Center routine, his/her duties 19 or those of other Medical Center employees.
