Common use of Maternity and/or Parental Leave Allowance Clause in Contracts

Maternity and/or Parental Leave Allowance. (a) To be entitled to the maternity or parental leave allowances pursuant to Article 35.02 and 35.04, an employee must sign an agreement that they will return and remain in the Employer’s employ for a period of at least six (6) months as a regular employee after their return to work.
