Technical Documentation Subject to the terms of this Agreement, BROCADE hereby grants to McDATA a nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide license to reproduce and use BROCADE's technical documentation provided to McDATA by BROCADE hereunder, solely for McDATA's internal purposes in connection with the manufacture, marketing and support of the McDATA Products into which the Products are incorporated as set forth herein. Modifications to such technical documentation by McDATA shall require BROCADE's prior written authorization, which authorization will not be unreasonably withheld.
Manuals a) Reference Regulatory Agency approved Airplane Flight Manual;
Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.
Supporting Documentation Property Manager shall maintain and make available at Property Manager’s office at the address set forth in Section 18, or at the office of any local property manager or leasing company to whom Property Manager may have subcontracted its duties hereunder or at the Property, copies of the following: (a) all bank statements and bank reconciliations; (b) detailed cash receipts and disbursement records; (c) rent roll of tenants; and (d) paid invoices (or copies thereof); Property Manager shall deliver a copy of the documents described above to Company upon written request.
Other Required Documentation All other documents and legal matters in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Amendment shall have been delivered or executed or recorded and shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Agent.
Required Documentation The Company must have delivered to the Investor copies of all resolutions duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company, or any such other documentation of the Company approving the Agreement, the Transaction Documents and any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby;
Product Documentation Supplier shall produce and deliver to Sony Ericsson Product Documentation fulfilling the requirements set out in templates included in Enclosure 2.3.
Access, Information and Documents Seller will give to Purchaser and to Purchaser’s counsel, accountants and other representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to all material Books and Records and the Wind Project (subject to all applicable safety and insurance requirements and any limitations on Seller’s rights to, or right to provide others with, access) and will furnish to Purchaser all such documents and copies of documents and all information, including operational reports, with respect to the affairs of the Project Company, the Seller Affiliates, and the Wind Project as Purchaser may reasonably request subject to any confidentially obligations imposed on Seller by any unaffiliated counterparties to such contracts and agreements. Purchaser agrees to comply with any confidentiality obligations which would be applicable to it under any such contracts, documents or agreements received from Seller hereunder.
Other Documentation Administrative Agent shall have received all documents and instruments that Administrative Agent has then reasonably requested, in addition to those described in this Section 4.1. All such additional documents and instruments shall be reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent in form, substance and date.
Operations Manual AmericaTowne agrees to share with the Licensee one or more manuals, technical bulletins and other written materials (collectively referred to as "Operations Manual") covering ordering of supplies, manufacturing, processing and stocking and other operating and in-store marketing techniques. The Licensee agrees to use the Licensed Methods only as specified in the Operations Manual. The Operations Manual is the sole property of AmericaTowne and shall be used by the Licensee only during the term of this Agreement and in strict accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. The Licensee shall not duplicate the Operations Manual or disclose its contents to persons other than its employees or officers who have signed a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement. The Licensee shall return the Operations Manual to AmericaTowne upon the expiration, termination or transfer of this Agreement. AmericaTowne reserves the right to revise the Operations Manual from time to time as it deems necessary to update or change operating and marketing techniques, standards and specifications for all components of the Licensed Methods.
