Maintenance of Records I agree to keep and maintain adequate and current written records of all Inventions made by me (solely or jointly with others) during the term of my employment with the Company. The records will be in the form of notes, sketches, drawings, and any other format that may be specified by the Company. The records will be available to and remain the sole property of the Company at all times.
Time Records (1) Every employer shall provide, to the satisfaction of the Regional Chamber, a semi- automatic time recording clock or other recording system and shall establish beyond reasonable doubt the actual time each individual employee has attended at the establishment.
Time Recording The instrumentation shall enable the action to be recorded throughout its duration and readings to be made to within one one-thousandth of a second; The beginning of the impact at the moment of first contact between the headform and the item being tested shall be detected on the recordings used for analysing the test.
Maintenance of Books and Records Ultimus shall maintain and keep current the accounts, books, records and other documents relating to the Trust’s financial and portfolio transactions as may be required by the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) adopted under Section 31(a) of the 1940 Act. Ultimus shall cause the subject records of the Trust to be maintained and preserved pursuant to the requirements of the 1940 Act.
Maintenance of and Access to Records The Servicer will maintain each Receivable File in the United States (it being understood that the Receivable Files, or any part thereof, may be maintained at the offices of any Person to whom the Servicer has delegated responsibilities in accordance with Section 6.5). The Servicer will make available to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee or their duly authorized representatives, attorneys or auditors a list of locations of the Receivable Files upon request. The Servicer will provide access to the Receivable Files, and the related accounts records, and computer systems maintained by the Servicer at such times as the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee direct, but only upon reasonable notice and during the normal business hours at the respective offices of the Servicer.
Maintenance and Inspection of Records The City, or its authorized auditors or representatives, shall have access to and the right to audit and reproduce any of the Contractor's records to the extent the City deems necessary to insure it is receiving all money to which it is entitled under the Contract and/or is paying only the amounts to which Contractor is properly entitled under the Contract or for other purposes relating to the Contract. The Contractor shall maintain and preserve all such records for a period of at least three (3) years after termination of the Contract. The Contractor shall maintain all such records in the City of Xxxxxx. If not, the Contractor shall, upon request, promptly deliver the records to the City of Xxxxxx or reimburse the City for all reasonable and extra costs incurred in conducting the audit at a location other than the City of Xxxxxx, including, but not limited to, such additional (out of the City) expenses for personnel, salaries, private auditors, travel, lodging, meals, and overhead.
MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC A. In the event that any of the work is conducted within any public right of way, the CONTRACTOR shall provide proper Maintenance of Traffic (MOT). Unless otherwise specified, the standard specifications to be used for the Service will be the strictest and latest edition as promulgated by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) or the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
RECORDS MAINTENANCE The CONTRACTOR shall maintain books, records, documents, data and other evidence relating to this contract and performance of the services described herein, including but not limited to accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly reflect all direct and indirect costs of any nature expended in the performance of this contract. CONTRACTOR shall retain such records for a period of six years following the date of final payment. At no additional cost, these records, including materials generated under the contract, shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection, review or audit by the AGENCY, personnel duly authorized by the AGENCY, the Office of the State Auditor, and federal and state officials so authorized by law, regulation or agreement. If any litigation, claim or audit is started before the expiration of the six (6) year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims, or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.
