Unchallenged Representation. The State and the Union agree, pursuant to Section 208 of the Civil Service Law, that the Union shall have unchallenged representation status for the maximum period permitted by law on the date of execution of this Agreement.
Unchallenged Representation. The State and PEF agree, pursuant to Section 208 of the Civil Service Law, that PEF shall have unchallenged representation status for the maximum period permitted by law on the date of execution of this Agreement.
Unchallenged Representation. The State and UUP agree, pursuant to Section 208 of the Civil Service Law, that UUP shall have unchal- lenged representation status for the maximum period permitted by law.
Unchallenged Representation. The Employer and the Union agree pursuant to Section 208 of the Civil Service Law that the Union shall have unchallenged representation status for the maximum period permitted by law on the date of execution of this Agreement.
Unchallenged Representation. The State and DC-37 agree, pursuant to Section 208 of the Civil Service Law, that DC-37 shall have unchallenged representation status for the maximum period permitted by law on the date of execution of this Agreement.
Unchallenged Representation. The District and CSEA agree pursuant to Section 208 of the Civil Service Law, that CSEA shall have unchallenged representation status for the maximum period permitted by law.
Unchallenged Representation. The State and CSEA agree, pursuant to Section 208 of the Civil Service Law, that CSEA shall have unchallenged representation status for the maximum period permitted by law on the date of execution of this Agreement.
Unchallenged Representation. 2.1 PEF shall have unchallenged representation status for the maximum period permitted by law on the date of execution of this Agreement.
Unchallenged Representation. The period of unchallenged representative status for the Union shall be the maximum period of time in accordance with Section 208 of the Xxxxxx Law.
Unchallenged Representation. The Employer and the PBA agree, pursuant to Section 208 of the Civil Service Law, that the PBA shall have unchallenged representation status for the maximum period permitted by law on the date of execution of this Agreement.
