Lots9. The procurement contract has one lot, which is indivisible. A tender for part of a lot is inadmissible. The description of the lot is included under section (5 Terms of Reference). The Lot concerns the implementation of “Environmental and Climate Change Assessments and Strategic Plans in Selected Clusters” 9 For contracts of an amount equal to or greater than € 135 000 excl. VAT, the contracting authority is obliged to consider dividing the contract into lots unless a valid reason is given in the procurement documents.

The description of each lot is included in the Tender Specifications/ToR. The lots are: • Lot 1 is composed of the assessment of the received applications from Private Sector Umbrella Organizations (PSUOs) and training providers as co-applicants under the 2nd result (summarized on tender specification part) that aims at; o At least 550 youth graduates and workers have participated in up- and reskilling for TVET and 21st century skills (450 focus on TVET, 100 on 21st century skills) through a work-based learning approach (50% of them youth, and 40% youth women); o At least 15 curricula upgraded (or developed in case needed to develop new ones), integrating and applying the Complex-Task-Approach principles, and accredited; o At least 30 trainers trained on (or new) upgraded curricula; o 100% of the graduates participating in the up- and reskilling training programs are officially accredited from the Ministry of Labor or equivalent upon completion of the program; o Knowledge on decent work, gender and environmental considerations of private sector companies in the targeted sectors of selected private sector companies are increased as well as included in the developed/ upgraded curricula and in training of trainers program. • Lot 2 is composed of the assessment of the received applications from local Non- Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) under the 3rd result (summarized on tender specification part) that aims at;

The lots are: - Lot 1 : A powerboat with a metal hull and accessories and two 150 HP 4-stroke engines – Delivery in Kisangani - Lot 2 : A powerboat with a metal hull and accessories and two 150 HP 4-stroke engines – Delivery in Lisala When tendering for several lots, the tenderer may offer discounts or better conditions in his tender in case these lots were to be awarded to him.
