Training Providers definition

Training Providers means organizations which provide vocational training to socially vulnerable people. They include NGOs, Women’s Union, Youth Center, and Disabled Union. Participants in the training of trainers for training providers were including from the Ministry of Welfare and the Ministry of Women since they will delegate the training to the training providers.
Training Providers means the duly qualified individuals, government agencies or legal entities selected in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Operations Manual, and who/which have entered into Sub-grant Agreements or service contracts with the Project Implementing Entity, acting through BBSYDP, in order to impart vocational training to Trainees.
Training Providers means the training provider who meets the requirements of a training provider as prescribed by FSCA and who is accredited as a training provider by the Sector Education and Training Authority;

  • If any of the training and assessment within the Training Provider's Funded Scope is delivered online, the Training Provider must: adopt and implement a professional development program that is specific to online delivery of training and/or assessment; and ensure that all trainers and assessors involved in online delivery of training and/or assessment as part of the Training Services undertake appropriate professional development as part of the program specified in Clause 7.20(a).

  • Reports on anticipated commencements The Training Provider must provide a report to the Department detailing the Training Provider's anticipated commencement numbers for any period, including related information, as requested by the Department, within a reasonable period of time from such a request and in a form prescribed by the Department.

  • If an audit of the Training Provider's compliance with Clauses 5.1 to 5.4 conducted by or on behalf of the Department reveals that any Pre-Training Review has not been completed and documented in accordance with Clauses 5.1 to 5.4, then (without limiting the circumstances in which it may exercise such rights) the Department may exercise its rights under Clauses 17 and 18 of this VET Funding Contract.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.
