LITIGATION, VENUE and JURISDICTION. If a Dispute remains unresolved for sixty (60) days after receipt of the Notice of Mediation, either Party may then submit the Dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction in the state in which the System is installed. Each Party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in such state over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
LITIGATION, VENUE and JURISDICTION. If a Dispute remains unresolved after compliance with the previous subsection either Party may then submit the Dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction as set forth in Section 13.9.

Venue for any and all actions arising out of or in any way related to the interpretation, validity, performance or breach of this Contract shall lie exclusively in a state court of appropriate jurisdiction in Highlands County, Florida. The use of these dispute resolution procedures shall not be construed under the doctrines of laches, waiver or estoppel to affect adversely the rights of either party.

If the dispute is not resolved within fourteen (14) days after receipt of a notice of dispute, either party may then submit the dispute to an Illinois court of competent jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Illinois courts over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this contract. SECTION C – FTA/IDOT/RTA REQUIREMENTS U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (DOT) FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION (FTA) ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (IDOT) AND THE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (RTA) The following terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of any Contract(s) issued as a result of a Pace Request for Quotation, Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal.

If a Dispute remains unresolved for sixty (60) days after receipt of the Notice of Mediation, either Party may then submit the Dispute to the District Court, County of Xxxxxxx, State of Colorado or a Federal District Court located in the State of Colorado. Each Party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Colorado over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
LITIGATION, VENUE and JURISDICTION. If a Dispute remains unresolved for sixty (60) days after receipt of the Notice of Mediation, either Party may then submit the Dispute solely and exclusively to a state court of competent jurisdiction in and for Sumter County, Florida where the System is installed. Each Party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts in such state over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement. The parties hereby waive any right to removal of any action to federal court.
LITIGATION, VENUE and JURISDICTION. If a Dispute remains unresolved for thirty (30) days after appointment of a mediator, either Party may then submit the Dispute to the Superior Court for Xxxxxxxx County, Washington. Each Party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Superior Courts of Xxxxxxxx County, Washington over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
LITIGATION, VENUE and JURISDICTION. If a Dispute remains unresolved for sixty (60) days after receipt of the Notice of Mediation, either Party may then submit the Dispute to the Circuit Court of the 22nd Judicial Circuit of McHenry County, Illinois. Each Party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of the 22nd Judicial Circuit of McHenry County, Illinois over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
