No Obligation by the Federal Government. (A) The Purchaser and CONTRACTOR acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any concurrence by the Federal Government in or approval of the solicitation or award of the underlying contract, absent the express written consent by the Federal Government, the Federal Government is not a party to this contract and shall not be subject to any obligations or liabilities to the Purchaser, CONTRACTOR or any other party (whether or not a party to that contract) pertaining to any matter resulting from the underlying contract.

The Grantee acknowledges and agrees that, notwithstanding any concurrence by the USDOT in or approval of the solicitation or award of the underlying contract, absent the express written consent by the USDOT, the USDOT is not a party to this Agreement and shall not be subject to any obligations or liabilities to the Grantee or any other party pertaining to any matter resulting from this Agreement. The Grantee agrees that it will ensure that the contractor will include the above clause in each subcontract financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FHWA. It is further agreed that the clause shall not be modified, except to identify the subcontractor who will be subject to its provisions.

The FCRTA and the Contractor acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any concurrence by the Federal Government in or approval of the solicitation or award of the underlying contract, absent the express written consent by the Federal Government, the Federal Government is not a Party to this Agreement and shall not be subject to any obligations or liabilities to the FCRTA, the Contractor, or any other Party (whether or not a party to that contract) pertaining to any matter resulting from the underlying Contract.
No Obligation by the Federal Government. 18.6.1 VRT and Contractor acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any concurrence by the Federal Government in or approval of the solicitation or award of this Agreement, absent the express written consent by the Federal Government, the Federal Government is not a party to this Agreement and shall not be subject to any obligations or liabilities to VRT, Contractor, or any other party (whether or not a party to that contract) pertaining to any matter resulting from this Agreement.
No Obligation by the Federal Government. (a) SMART and Contractor acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any concurrence by the Federal Government in or approval of the solicitation or award of the Agreement, absent the express written consent by the Federal Government, the Federal Government is not a party to this Agreement and shall not be subject to any obligations or liabilities to SMART, Contractor, or any other party (whether or not a party to that contract) pertaining to any matter resulting from the Agreement.
No Obligation by the Federal Government. The Council and Contractor acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any concurrence by the Federal Government in or approval of the solicitation or award of this Contract, absent the express written consent by the Federal Government, the federal government is not a party to this Contract and shall not be subject to any obligations or liabilities to the Council, the Contractor, or any other party (whether or not a party to this Contract) pertaining to any matter resulting from this Contract. The Contractor agrees to include the preceding clause in each subcontract under this Contract, modified only to identify the subcontractor that will be subject to the provisions.
No Obligation by the Federal Government. ARC and the Subgrantee acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any concurrence by the Federal Government in or approval of the solicitation or award of the underlying contract, absent the express written consent by the Federal Government, the Federal Government is not a party to this contract and shall not be subject to any obligations or liabilities to ARC, the Subgrantee, or any other party (whether or not a party to that contract) pertaining to any matter resulting from the underlying contract.
No Obligation by the Federal Government. The Lessor and the Lessee acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any concurrence by the Federal government in or approval of the solicitation or award of this Lease, absent the express written consent by the Federal government, the Federal government is not a party to this Lease and shall not be subject to any obligations or liabilities to the Lessor, the Lessee or any other party (whether or not a party to that contract) pertaining to any matter resulting from the underlying contract. The Lessee agrees to include the foregoing clause in each subcontract financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA. It is further agreed that the clause shall not be modified, except to identify the subcontractor who will be subject to its provisions.
