Common use of List of Employees Clause in Contracts

List of Employees. Upon request, the County shall provide the Union with a listing of the names, mailing addresses, birthday, base pay, work assignment, work schedule, county seniority date, parole and probation officer seniority date and fair share status of bargaining unit employees. Each month the County will provide the Union with the names of all new hires and terminations which have occurred during the previous month. Such listing shall contain the names of the employees, along with their mailing address and work location.
