Union Affirmation. The Union does hereby affirm and agree that it will not either 31 directly or indirectly, call, sanction, encourage, finance or assist in any way, nor shall any 32 employee instigate or participate, either directly or indirectly, in any strike, slowdown, walkout, 33 work stoppage, or other concerted interference with or the withholding of services from the 34 Employer.
