LINE DEPARTMENT. (a) A Crew Leader shall not be required to climb or do other Journeyman's work except in cases of emergency, as it would interfere with his properly looking after his work as Crew Leader and the safety of the men in his charge except in cases where the crew comprises not more than five (5) employees (including the Crew Leader) in which case in addition to having charge of the crew he shall perform work.
