Limit on Accumulated Sick Leave. Sick leave as authorized under this section shall not exceed that number of accumulated and unused leave days to the credit of the teacher and earned during the period of such leave.

  • Accumulated Sick Leave ‌ The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.

  • Sick Leave Accumulation Sick leave shall accumulate for all employees at the rate of one and one-half (1½) days per month up to a maximum accumulation of one hundred and eighty (180) days. Upon termination or retirement, the employer shall pay out, at the current pay rates, forty percent (40%) of the unused accumulated sick days to the employee. Temporary and casual employees are not entitled to sick leave with pay.

  • Vacation Accumulation (a) Vacations are not cumulative from year to year.

  • Extended Sick Leave When sick leave extends for more than 25 consecutive working days, the appointing authority shall initiate the following procedure:

  • Sick Leave Accrual Full-time employees will accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave in a calendar month. Part- time employees will accrue sick leave credit on the same proportional basis that their employment schedule bears to a full-time schedule, up to a maximum of eight (8) hours in a calendar month.
