Licensure to Practice Medicine. Resident shall maintain, throughout the duration of this Resident Agreement, a valid graduate medical training license from the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine or the Pennsylvania State Board of Osteopathic Medicine. Resident shall apply for the Pennsylvania graduate medical training license prior to the appointment date of training at Penn State Hershey. Resident is not permitted to begin training at Penn State Hershey until a Pennsylvania graduate medical training license has been issued. Resident agrees to provide Penn State Hershey with immediate written notification of any action which is taken, or which is contemplated to be taken against the license issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including but not limited to, disciplinary action such as suspension, revocation, limitation or other restrictions. Penn State Hershey shall have the option to terminate this Resident Agreement or suspend its obligations under this Resident Agreement pending the outcome of any such disciplinary proceeding.

Failure to obtain a license from the appropriate Pennsylvania authority is grounds for rescission of this contract. Resident agrees to provide Medical Center with immediate written notification of any action which is taken, or which is contemplated to be taken, against the license issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including, but not limited to, disciplinary action such as suspension, revocation, limitation or other restrictions. Medical Center shall have the option to terminate this Resident Agreement or suspend its obligations under this Resident Agreement pending the outcome of any such disciplinary proceeding. Resident is responsible to provide verification of completion for any prerequisite training pursuant to Section II of the CSERDR (Exhibit C).

  • Data Practices The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is subject to the requirements of Minnesota’s Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Section 13.01

  • AUTHORITY TO PRACTICE The CONTRACTOR hereby represents and warrants that it has and will continue to maintain all licenses and approvals required to, conduct its business, and that it will at all times conduct its business activities in a reputable manner. Proof of such licenses and approvals shall be submitted to the COUNTY upon request.

  • Contractor Standards Contractor shall comply with Contractor Standards provisions codified in the SDMC. Contractor understands and agrees that violation of Contractor Standards may be considered a material breach of the Contract and may result in Contract termination, debarment, and other sanctions.

  • Standards of Practice Standards of practice of CONTRACTOR shall be determined by the professional standards of CONTRACTOR’s trade or field of expertise and all applicable provisions of law and other rules and regulations of any and all governmental authorities relating to provision of services as defined in this Agreement.

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.

  • Professional Practices All professional services to be provided by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement shall be provided by personnel experienced in their respective fields and in a manner consistent with the standards of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by professional consultants in similar fields and circumstances in accordance with sound professional practices. Consultant also warrants that it is familiar with all laws that may affect its performance of this Agreement and shall advise City of any changes in any laws that may affect Consultant’s performance of this Agreement.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

  • Accreditation of Online Schools The District will implement a system of accrediting its online schools, as defined in section 22-30.7- 102(9.5), C.R.S. This system shall adhere to section 00-00-000, C.R.S., including a review of the online school’s alignment to the quality standards outlined in section 22-30.7-105(3)(b), C.R.S., and compliance with statutory or regulatory requirements, in accordance with section 22-30.7-103(3)(m), C.R.S.
