Training License. A Training License permits the use of the Product for the internal training of employees of the Customer and of third parties acting on behalf of the Customer. A Training License may be limited in time or unlimited. If the License is limited in time, the License period is specified in the License Contract and the Customer may not use the Product after the expiration of the License period.

Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to the IYOC workshop Training Materials are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of QM.
