License to Use Public Property. LICENSEE shall be, and hereby is, given a certain license to use certain public property, all of which such property is described in Exhibit “A” attached and incorporated hereto by this reference. Said Exhibit is initialed by the parties and bears even date herewith, upon the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in Exhibit “A”, for the following purposes, to wit: Construct and maintain a deck structure above the first floor which extends into the ROW a total of 12 feet from the existing building face and is 26 feet wide and 9 feet above the sidewalk; the second floor of the south building detail will also have a shed roof cover extending up to 4 feet from the building face into the Main Street ROW.

(DELETE SECTION IF OTHER LICENSE TYPE IS REQUESTED) Temporary storage within the street right-of-way Temporary storage of snow and ice by LICENSEE, pending the immediate removal by LICENSEE or their designee. Temporary storage shall not interfere with the movement of vehicles, unless in extreme weather conditions when prior arrangements are made with public works and police department to coordinate lane restrictions or road closures.

  • License to Use You are authorized to use the Software on one (1) single computer only. You may not use the Software on any other machines other than the said single computer.

  • Commercial Driver’s License As a result of recent Federal statutory requirements, the State of Michigan enacted Act 346 of 1988. The parties agree that as a result of these statutory requirements some employees within the Technical Bargaining Unit may be required to obtain and retain a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) to continue to perform certain duties for the State. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • Driver’s License Executive shall have and carry a valid driver's license issued by his or her state of domicile or the State of Employment hereunder and a driver's permit issued by the Company whenever Executive is driving any motor vehicle in connection with Company business. Executive agrees to immediately notify Company in writing if Executive's driver's license is lost, expired, restricted, suspended or revoked for any reason whatsoever.
