Immediate removal definition

Immediate removal means the removal of a student from school for one school day or less under emergency conditions and without a prior hearing.
Immediate removal or "immediately removes" means removal of the spilled oil, or portions thereof, from the receiving environment by the potentially liable party within six hours of spill initiation.
