Commercial Driver’s License definition

Commercial Driver’s License means a document issued by a state of the United States of America or the District of Columbia, in accordance with applicable U.S. statutes and regulations, to an individual that authorizes the individual to operate a class of commercial motor vehicle.
Commercial Driver’s License means a license issued by a State or other jurisdiction, in accordance with the standards contained in 49 CFR part 383, to an individual, which authorized the individual to operate a class of commercial motor vehicle.‌‌
