Liberation for External Union Activities. The Instructor elected to the Confédération des Syndicats Nationaux (CSN), to the Fédération Nationale des Enseignants et Enseignantes du Québec (FNEEQ) or to the Conseil Central du Montréal Métropolitain shall be granted a leave without pay for union activity up to a maximum of six (6) years. During this leave the Instructor:  shall maintain her or his relationship of employment and may continue to accumulate her or his seniority, inasmuch as she or he applies for and would have been assigned one or more contracts, had it not been for the leave;  may continue participating in the Concordia University Health Plan, inasmuch as she or he was eligible to participate in the Plan at the beginning of the leave, and pays the full cost of premiums (University and Instructor’s shares), according to the terms determined by the University;  may continue participating in the Pension Plan for the Employees of Concordia University, inasmuch as she or he was eligible to participate in the Plan at the beginning of the leave, and pays the full contributions (University and Instructor’s shares), according to the terms determined by the University;

  • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.
