Level Two -- If the Grievant has been unable to have a conference with the Administrator within ten (10) days of the Level One request, or if the grievance is not resolved through Level One, the Grievant may file the grievance in writing with the Superintendent within fifteen (15) days of when the Level One grievance was filed, using the Appendix II form. Grievances shall be deemed filed when delivered to the Superintendent. One (1) copy of the grievance shall be delivered to the Superintendent and one (1) shall be kept by the Grievant. The Superintendent will provide a copy of the grievance to the Association provided that he is authorized by the Professional Employee having signed the waiver on the grievance form. The Superintendent will review the grievance, together with any additional information or oral argument presented by the Grievant. The Superintendent may also hear other information or oral argument. Within ten (10) days after delivery of the grievance at his office, the Superintendent shall render his written decision. He shall mail, or deliver, one copy of the decision to the Grievant and one to the Association provided that he is authorized by the Professional Employee having signed the waiver on the grievance form.

Related to Level Two -- If

  • Level Two i. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) days after discussion of the grievance, he/she may file the grievance in writing with the school principal within ten (10) days of the Level One response. The grievance form can be found in Appendix C of this Agreement.

  • Level Three If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Two, he/she may, within five (5) school days after a decision by the Superintendent or within fifteen (15) school days after the grievance was delivered to the Superintendent, whichever is sooner, file by registered letter the grievance with the Board of Trustees.

  • Level Five Binding Arbitration (Any grievance filed on or after July 1, 2006)

  • Level Two – Formal If the Grievant is dissatisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One – Formal, the Grievant may complete Level Two Grievance Form and submit to the Superintendent within ten (10) days of written disposition of Level One – Formal. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the Level Two Grievance Form, the Superintendent shall meet with the Grievant. The Superintendent shall execute written disposition of the grievance within ten (10) days of such meeting.

  • Level 4 An Employee at this level performs work above and beyond the skills of an Employee at Level 3.

  • Level Four Arbitration

  • Level 2 If the grievant is not satisfied with the written answer from his/her manager the grievant may, within ten (10) days from the receipt of such answer, file a written appeal to the appointing authority. Within ten (10) days of the receipt of the written appeal the appointing authority shall investigate the grievance, which shall include a meeting with the concerned parties, and thereafter shall give a written answer to the grievant within ten (10) days.

  • Level 1 If an Employee wishes to submit a grievance, he/she shall first discuss the complaint with his/her immediate supervisor. The Grievance Committee representative and one administrator may also be present. This discussion must occur within ten (10) days of the event causing the complaint.

  • Level IV a. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level III, he/she may file the grievance within five (5) days of the Level III response for transmittal to the Board.

  • Level I If the grievance is not resolved through informal discussions, the supervisor shall give a written decision on the grievance to the parties involved within ten (10) days after receipt of the written grievance.
