Lessor's Right to Perform for Lessee. If Lessee fails to make any payment of Rent required to be made by it hereunder or fails to perform or comply with any of its agreements contained herein, then (but in each case, except in the case of failure to pay Rent or in the case of failure to maintain insurance as required hereunder, no earlier than the fifteenth day after the occurrence of such failure, whether or not it shall yet constitute an Event of Default hereunder) Lessor may itself make such payment or perform or comply with such agreement but shall not be obligated hereunder to do so, and the amount of such payment and the amount of the reasonable expenses of Lessor incurred in connection with such payment or the performance of or compliance with such agreement, as the case may be, together with interest thereon at the Past Due Rate, shall be deemed Supplemental Rent, payable by Lessee upon demand.

The taking of any such action by Lessor pursuant to this Section 21(d) shall not constitute a waiver or release of any obligation of Lessee under this Lease, nor a waiver of any Event of Default which may arise out of Lessee's nonperformance of such obligation, nor an election or waiver by Lessor or any remedy or right available to Lessor under or in relation to this Lease.
Lessor's Right to Perform for Lessee. If Lessee fails to perform or comply with any of its agreements contained herein, Lessor may perform or comply with such agreements and the amount of any payments and expenses of Lessor incurred in connection with such performance or compliance (including attorney fees), together with interest thereon at the lesser of the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum, or the highest rate permitted by law shall be deemed additional rent payable by Lessee upon demand.
Lessor's Right to Perform for Lessee. If Lessee fails to duly and promptly perform any of its obligations under this Lease or fails to comply with any of the covenants or agreements contained herein, Lessor may itself perform such obligations or comply with such covenants or agreements, for the account of Lessee, without thereby waiving any default, and any amount paid or expense (including, without limitation, attorney's fees) reasonably incurred by Lessor in connection with such performance or compliance shall, together with interest thereon at the Default Interest Rate, be payable by Lessee to Lessor on demand.

No such performance or compliance by Lessor shall be deemed a waiver of the rights and remedies of Lessor or any assignee of Lessor against Lessee hereunder or be deemed to cure the default of Lessee hereunder.
Lessor's Right to Perform for Lessee. If the Lessee fails to make any required payment of Rent or fails to perform or comply with any of its agreements contained in this Lease, whether or not such failure shall constitute an Event of Default hereunder, the Lessor may (but shall not be obligated to) make such payments or perform or comply with such agreement, and the amount of such payment and the amount of the reasonable costs and expenses of the Lessor incurred in connection with such payment or the performance of or compliance with such agreement, together with interest (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Past Due Rate from the date of the making of such payment or the incurring of such costs and expenses by the Lessor to the date of payment of such Rent or other amount by the Lessee, shall be deemed Supplemental Rent payable by the Lessee upon demand. No such payment or performance by the Lessor shall be deemed to waive any Default or Event of Default or relieve the Lessee of its obligations hereunder.

Lessor's Right to Perform for Lessee. If Lessee fails to make any payment of Rent or Supplemental Rent required to be made by it hereunder or fails to perform or comply with any of its agreements contained herein, Lessor may itself make such payment or perform or comply with such agreement, and the amount of such payment and the amount of any expenses of Lessor incurred in connection with such payment or the performance of or compliance with such agreement, as the case may be, shall be deemed Supplemental Rent payable by Lessee upon demand; provided, however, that no such payment, performance or compliance by Lessor shall (i) be deemed to have satisfied the obligation of Lessee to make such payment or to perform or comply with such agreement, as the case may be, unless and until Lessee shall have paid all such Supplemental Rent payable pursuant to this section by reason of such failure or (ii) be deemed a waiver of Lessor's rights and remedies against Lessee hereunder.
Lessor's Right to Perform for Lessee. Subject to the terms of the Asset Purchase Agreement, if Lessee fails to perform or comply with any of its obligations hereunder, Lessor shall have the right, but shall not be obligated, after providing Lessee with notice and an opportunity to cure as set forth in Sections 18.1(c) and 23 hereof, to effect such performance, and the amount of any out of pocket expenses and other reasonable expenses of Lessor incurred in connection with such performance, together with interest thereon at the rate of 14% per annum or the maximum lawful rate, whichever is less, shall be payable by Lessee upon demand.
Lessor's Right to Perform for Lessee. If Lessee fails to make any payment required to be made by it hereunder or fails to perform or comply with any of the covenants, agreements or obligations contained herein, Lessor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make such payment or conform or comply with such agreement, covenant or obligation, and the amount of such payment and the amount of the reasonable expenses of Lessor incurred in connection with such payment or the performance thereof or compliance therewith, together with interest thereon at the Interest Rate, shall be payable by Lessee to Lessor, as Supplemental Rent, upon demand. Lessor agrees to notify Lessee in writing prior to making any payment or exercising any right under this Section 20.03, unless the Aircraft will be in danger of loss, sale, confiscation, forfeiture or seizure should such payment not be made or right exercised. The taking of any such action by Lessor shall not constitute a waiver or release of any obligation of Lessee under this Lease, nor a waiver of any Default or Event of Default which may arise out of Lessee's nonperformance of such obligation, nor an election or waiver by Lessor of any remedy or right available to Lessor under or in relation to this Lease.
