Expenses of Lessor. All reasonable costs incurred by Lessor in connection with any Structural Project, including, but not limited to, Lessor’s reasonable legal counsel and due diligence costs, title insurance, survey, UCC searches and filing fees, if any, and the fees of Lessor’s Architect shall be added to the Funded Amount for any Structural Project.

Expenses of Lessor. All reasonable costs incurred by Lessor in connection with the Approved Projects, including, but not limited to, Lessor’s reasonable legal counsel and due diligence costs, title insurance, survey, UCC searches and filing fees, if any, shall, and the fees of Lessor’s Architect, at the option of Lessee, either (i) be added to the Funded Amount for an Approved Project or (ii) paid by Lessee; provided, however, in no event shall such costs and expenses exceed an amount equal to one half of one percent (1/2 of 1%) of the Approved Project Amount.
Expenses of Lessor. All costs incurred by Lessor in connection with the acquisition and construction of the Paris Facility and this Amendment, including, but not limited to, Lessor’s legal counsel and due diligence costs, title insurance, survey, appraisal, UCC searches and filing fees, environmental and building assessments, consulting fees and brokers’ fees, if any, shall be added to the Funded Amount; provided, however, to the extent the Maximum Funded Amount has been funded by Lessor, such costs shall be paid (or reimbursed) to Lessor by Lessee.
Expenses of Lessor. The Lessee will pay to the Lessor on demand all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by the Lessor in enforcing any covenants or conditions contained in this lease, in remedying any breach by the Lessee, in collecting any delinquent rent, taxes or other charges hereunder payable by the Lessee, in recovering possession or in connection with any litigation (other than condemnation proceedings) commenced by or against the Lessee to which the Lessor shall without fault on its part to be made a party.

Expenses of Lessor. Lessee will pay to Lessor, within ten (10) ------------------ days after the date of mailing or personal delivery of statements therefor, (a) all costs and expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees paid or incurred by Lessor but required to be paid by Lessee under any covenant herein contained or paid or incurred by Lessor in enforcing any of Lessee's covenants herein contained, in protecting itself against any breach thereof, in remedying any breach thereof, in recovering possession of said premises or any part thereof, in collecting or causing to be paid any delinquent rent, taxes, or other charges hereunder payable by Lessee, or in connection with any litigation (other than condemnation proceedings) commenced by or against Lessee to which Lessor shall without fault be a party, and (b) a reasonable fee for reviewing and processing any request by Lessee for Lessor's consent or approval, including without limitation reasonable fees of attorneys and other consultants retained by Lessor.
Expenses of Lessor. Lessee shall pay to Lessor, within ten (10) days after the date of mailing or personal delivery of statements for all reasonable out-of-pocket, third party costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, (collectively, “Costs”) paid or incurred by Lessor for the following: (a) Costs required to be paid by Lessee pursuant to this Lease (including without limitation any indemnity provision), (b) subject to Section 40.7, Costs related to the enforcement of any of Lessee’s covenants or obligations in this Lease, (c) Costs incurred in remedying any breach of this Lease by Lessee, (d) Costs incurred in recovering possession of the Premises or any part of the Premises after an Event of Default, (e) Costs incurred in collecting or causing to be paid any delinquent rent, taxes or other charges payable by Lessee under this Lease, and (f) Costs incurred in connection with any litigation (other than condemnation proceedings) commenced by or against Lessee to which Lessor shall without fault be made a party. All such costs, expenses and fees shall constitute Additional Rent. Lessee’s obligations under this Section shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of the Term.
Expenses of Lessor. Lessee shall pay (or reimburse Lessor) for all costs incurred by Lessor in connection with the renovations of the LTACH Facility and this Exhibit H, including, but not limited to, Lxxxxx’s legal counsel and due diligence costs, title insurance, survey, appraisal, UCC searches and filing fees, environmental and building assessments, consulting fees and brokers’ fees, if any.
