Less-Than-Full-Time Employees. Where a general holiday falls on a regular work day for less than full-time employees, they shall receive their regular pay for that holiday. Where the general holiday falls on a day they are not regularly scheduled to work, they shall receive time off in lieu based on the following calculation: Number of hours worked in the: 30-day period preceding the general holiday = time in lieu entitlement divided by 15
