Common use of Length of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Length of Vacation. Each regular full-time employee covered by this Agreement who qualifies shall be entitled to a vacation with pay in accordance with the following schedule: NUMBER OF SUCCESSIVE YEARS NUMBER OF WEEKS' OF QUALIFYING EMPLOYMENT VACATION WITH PAY 1 thru 2 years 1 week 3 thru 8 years 2 weeks 9 thru 14 years 3 weeks 15 thru 19 years 4 weeks 20 or more years 5 weeks
