Common use of Leave for President Clause in Contracts

Leave for President. Upon application in writing by the Union on behalf of the employee to the Hospital, a leave of absence without pay shall be granted to such elected to the position of the President of the Ontario Council of Hospital Unions for of up to two (2) years.
