Lease and Description of Premises. Landlord, for and in consideration of the rent, covenants, agreements and conditions stated herein, does hereby lease to Tenant and Tenant does hereby lease from Landlord the following described premises (hereinafter referred to as the "Leased Premises") situated in the Flagship Business Accelerator Building located at 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000 (hereinafter referred to as "Building") and including all that certain space, which is on the second floor of the Flagship Enterprise Center Building which is designated as Xxxxx # 000, Xxxxx # 000, xxx Xxxxx # 000 consisting of 30,000 square feet of space as shown in Exhibit "A."

Lease and Description of Premises. Landlord does hereby lease, demise and let to Tenant the use of the facilities indicated on "Exhibit A" (the "Leased Premises") attached hereto and made a part hereof, consisting of classrooms 6. 7, 8. 9, 10, 11. 12, principal's office, kitchen and staff lounge with access to bathroom facilities for children and, during times agreed upon with the Landlord. access to specific shared spaces in the facility that includes the cafeteria, outside playground, gym. and public bathrooms.

Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and Lessee hereby leases from Lessor, for the term, at the rental, and upon all of the conditions set forth herein the premises known as 0000 Xxxxxxxx Road, Unit(s) 1-3, Lakeland, Florida, containing approximately 12,242 square feet of warehouse space and 1383 square feet of office space (the "Premises").
Lease and Description of Premises. The Authority hereby leases to Lessee, and Lessee hereby leases from the Authority, that certain site known as 00000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx XX, 00000 containing acres of land, located at the northwest corner of Rudder Road and Ariane Way at the Airport, more particularly described and shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, together with all Facilities (as defined at Section 2.A), which are the improvements constructed or to be constructed thereon (the “Premises”). The Authority will conduct a survey of the Premises at its own expense and will provide the Lessee with a survey plat and legal description within sixty (60) days of both parties’ execution of this Lease. The Authority and Lessee agree to amend the Lease in order to incorporate the Authority-approved final plat and legal description as a part of Exhibit A.

Lease and Description of Premises. After occupancy by Tenant, Landlord shall have the right to relocate Tenant to comparable space within the Building upon thirty (30) days' notice, provided Landlord, at its expense, constructs comparable improvements for Tenant and moves Tenant's personal property to the new location and provided that Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for the actual expense involved in reprinting stationary and having telephone equipment transferred.
