Designated Lab definition

Designated Lab means the laboratory(ies) which are located at the Primary Site and designated to implement the Platform Technology.
Designated Lab means the laboratory(ies) selected by Merck and specified in the Technology Transfer Plan which are located at a single Merck facility in the continental United States and designated to implement the Platform Technology. As of the Effective Date, the Designated Lab will be located at the single Merck facility set forth in Exhibit 1.38. Merck may, upon written notice to Codexis, change the location of a Designated Lab to another single Merck facility within the continental United States.

Examples of Designated Lab in a sentence

  • Merck shall be responsible for providing space for the Designated Lab, procuring all equipment necessary for operation of the Designated Lab, designing the Designated Lab, and constructing the Designated Lab.

  • Likewise, dedicated MERCK Team will: (a) shadow Codexis Team and then conduct a Technology Transfer Project at MERCK, (b) set up and deploy equipment in MERCK’s Designated Lab, and (c) provide general program management support.

  • Set-up of the Designated Lab; including access to the Codexis Software.

  • On an agreed-upon date, the Codexis Team and the Merck Team will participate in Wave 2 of Technology Transfer activities by enabling Merck to practice the Platform Technology at the Designated Lab.

  • On or before [***], Codexis will provide to MERCK a one-time transfer and installation of the Codexis Software on a dedicated server at the MERCK Designated Lab.

  • The transfer and installation shall be performed in approximately the same manner as the Codexis Software was installed on the dedicated server at the MERCK Designated Lab under the Technology Transfer Plan and the Party’s shall cooperate with each other in good faith to facilitate such transfer and installation.

  • As of the Effective Date, the Designated Lab will be located at the single Merck facility set forth in Exhibit 1.38.

  • Merck may, upon written notice to Codexis, change the location of a Designated Lab to another single Merck facility within the continental United States.

Related to Designated Lab

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.

  • Participating Clinical Laboratory means a Clinical Laboratory which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
