Last Minute Changes. If the student is NOT notified in writing that the class has changed instructor, or time or place and the student shows up in good faith and decides not to join the class, the student will receive a full refunds on the class, the materials, administrative fees paid, and reasonable travel expenses to the class and back home. The student will receive a full refund and all incurred costs within 72 hours of the time and date of the scheduled class. It is the student’s responsibility to mail all incurred expense receipt copies (certified mail) to the school or workshop. Reimbursement will be made to the student within 5 business days of receipt. * Travel Expenses include non-­‐ refundable airfare, non refundable Taxi fare, Train fare, and Bus fare. Non-­‐refundable Hotel deposits and Mileage spent to get to the location (Government mileage will determine this fee). Student will submit all receipts by certified mail to the workshop or school before receiving reimbursement.   • Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material. After receiving a Service Change Notice, if the change is material, you may terminate Service by giving us a termination notice at the address indicated in Section 21 or you may create a case at xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xx.xxxx (follow the instructions under “how to create a case”).

  • Climate Change 1. The Parties recognize that the climate change and its adverse effects are a common concern. In that sense, and under their international commitments, the Parties agree to promote joint measures to limit or reduce the adverse effects of the climate change. 2. For promoting sustainable development, each Party, within its own capacities, shall adopt policies and measures on issues such as: (a) improvement of energy efficiency; (b) research, promotion, development and use of new and renewable energy, technologies of carbon dioxide capture, and updated and innovative environmental technologies that do not affect food security or the conservation of biological diversity; and (c) measures for evaluating the vulnerability and adaptation to climate change.

  • Price Changes Our storage charges will be as quoted to You for the first 26 weeks of storage. After 26 weeks, We may change the storage charges from time to time on giving 28 days’ written notice to You.

  • Schedule Change When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay shall be waived by the employee. When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, overtime compensation for that workday, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week, associated with the changed schedule shall be waived.

  • Schedule Changes Employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be changed with prior notice from the Employer. Overtime-eligible employees shall receive fourteen (14) calendar days’ written notice of a permanent schedule change. Employees shall receive seven (7) calendar days’ notice of a temporary schedule change. A temporary schedule change is defined as lasting thirty (30) days or less. The day notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Adjustments in the hours of work of daily work shifts during a workweek do not constitute a schedule change. The Employer may adjust an overtime-eligible employee’s daily start and/or end time(s) by two (2) hours.

  • NETWORK CHANGES 3.1. Sprint shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with §§ 51.325 through 51.335 of Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Sprint may discontinue any interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. Sprint agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers, which may result from such discontinuance of service.

  • GSA Changes Where NYS Net Prices are based on an approved GSA Schedule, the date the approved GSA Schedule pricing decreases during the Contract term; or
