Room Changes definition

Room Changes. Room changes are permitted on a case by case basis, each student is allowed a maximum of one room change per academic year.

Examples of Room Changes in a sentence

  • Initial Room Changes - Student requests to change rooms are honored only with advance and written approval from housing staff.

  • Room Changes: If a student desires any room change, they must receive permission from the Residence Director of their current Residence Hall before any change is made.

  • Operated seven days a week in four areas of the residence halls; purpose is to assist residents with Check-In, Room Changes, Checkouts, Key loans, Room repair requests, mail distribution, and sports equipment and video/electronics equipment checkout.

  • No Questions Asked Room Changes will be considered two weeks after classes begin and only as space is available.
