Language of Documentation. The parties hereto have required that this Agreement, and all documents and notices related thereto and/or resulting therefrom be drawn up in English. Language of Documentation. All documents submitted in accordance with this Agreement shall be in, or translated into, an official language of the requested Party, to be specified by the requested Party in each case.
Language of Documentation. All documents submitted in accordance with this Treaty shall be in the English language. The Requested Party may request for translation into its official language. The Treaty Parties shall indicate its official language when submitting its written notification pursuant to Article 26 (1). The costs of supplying the translation shall be borne by the Requesting Party.
Language of Documentation. 51 All documentation that is to be shared with GLEIF under this Agreement, in particular the Accreditation Documentation (Appendix 04), shall be in English language. Where documents are not available in English, they must be accompanied by an English translation. Either Party may request a certified English translation. Translation and certification costs are borne by the XXX if the documents are provided by the XXX and are borne by GLEIF if the documents are provided by GLEIF.
