Approval of Documents. The form and substance of all certificates, instruments and other documents required to be delivered to the Seller under this Agreement shall be reasonably satisfactory in all respects to the Seller and its counsel.
Approval of Documents. Owner's approval of or comments on any of the documents submitted to Owner by Project Consultant shall not be deemed the approval of or by another governmental authority having jurisdiction over the project and Project Consultant acknowledges that the aforesaid authorities may require modifications of any of the documents submitted by Project Consultant. Subject to Article 2, such modifications shall be made at no cost to Owner.

Landlord's approval of Tenant's plans for work performed by Landlord or Tenant in the Premises shall create no responsibility or liability on the part of Landlord for their completeness, design, sufficiency, or compliance with any laws, rules, or regulations of governmental agencies or authorities.
