Land Use and Zoning Designations in the unincorporated Estes Valley Planning Area. The County intends to recognize and carry forward the zoning districts and certain development standards of the Xxxxx Valley Development Code when proposing and adopting supplemental regulations to the County Land Use Code for the unincorporated area of the Xxxxx Valley Planning Area in order to maintain consistency with the Xxxxx Valley Comprehensive Plan. These districts and standards are intended to provide continuity of development standards and terminology within and outside the Town limits, and shall include but are not limited to standards for steep slopes, ridgeline protection, grading and site disturbance, tree and vegetation protection, wildlife habitat protection, exterior lighting, and allowed uses, building heights, density, and setbacks associated with the relevant zoning districts, that are guided by the Estes Valley Comprehensive Plan. As the Estes Valley Comprehensive Plan is updated, or as the Larimer County Land Use Code is updated, the County shall exercise its regulatory function consistent with the policies of the plan. Also, as the Town updates its Development Code over time, it will forward its amendments to the County for consideration of adoption of parallel updates in the County Land Use Code for the unincorporated area of the Xxxxx Valley Planning Area.

Land Use and Zoning Designations. Cooperative Planning Areas within the 2002 Expanded SOI’s will be given the Washoe County (hereinafter County) master plan land use (which is concurrently the County’s regulatory zoning) as translated to City land use and zoning. See Exhibit 2. In Cooperative Planning Areas within the 2002 Expanded SOI’s the development standards that will be used for development projects are those from the respective city as modified by the attached table. See Exhibit 3. Reno will accept the Mt. Rose Highway scenic corridor standard as approved by the County. See Exhibit 4.

  • Surveys, Permits, and Regulations The Owner shall furnish all surveys unless otherwise specified. Permits and licenses of a temporary nature necessary for the prosecution of the Work shall be obtained and paid for by the Contractor. Permits, licenses, and easements for permanent structures or permanent changes in existing facilities shall be obtained and paid for by the Owner unless otherwise specified. The Contractor and its Subcontractors must pay any municipal or county occupational licenses, taxes, or fees, if any. The Contractor shall give all notices and comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations bearing on the conduct of the Work. If the Contractor observes that the drawings or specifications are at variance with any such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, he shall promptly notify the Owner in writing, and any necessary changes shall be adjusted as provided in the Contract for changes in the Work. If the Contractor performs any Work knowing it to be contrary to such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations without such notice to the Owner, he shall bear all costs arising therefrom. Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to impose design responsibility on the Contractor except as noted in the Contract Documents.

  • Permits, Licenses, and Safety PURCHASER shall procure all permits and licenses, pay all charges and fees, and give all notices necessary and incident to the due and lawful prosecution of the operations. STATE may at any time require PURCHASER to satisfy STATE that operations under this contract comply with state, federal, and local laws and regulations.   • Conservation Easement School shall abide by the terms of the Easement, attached as Exhibit “D” and granted by the District to Authority. The Easement shall be recorded against the Subject Property by the Authority, at the Authority’s sole cost and expense. This Easement may be executed and recorded without further approval of the Parties’ governing bodies, except that approval is required to authorize the execution of this Agreement.

  • LAWS, LICENSES, PERMITS AND REGULATIONS Contractor and County agree to comply with all State laws and regulations that pertain to construction, health and safety, labor, minimum wage, fair employment practice, equal opportunity, and all other matters applicable to Contractor and County, their sub-grantees, Contractors, or subcontractor, and their work. Contractor shall possess and maintain all necessary licenses, permits, certificates and credentials required by the laws of the United States, the State of California, County of Merced and all other appropriate governmental agencies, including any certification and credentials required by County. Failure to maintain the licenses, permits, certificates, and credentials shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and constitutes grounds for the termination of this Agreement by County.

  • PARKING PERMITS A. Must be obtained on the day of move in.

  • RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the [Apartment/Plot] on the specific understanding that is/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time.

  • Procurement and Property Management Standards The parties to this Agreement shall adhere to the procurement and property management standards established in 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and to the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards. The State must pre-approve the Local Government’s procurement procedures for purchases to be eligible for state or federal funds.
