Land and Buildings. All of Mortgagor’s right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate situated in County, Iowa (the “Land”): Legal Description: and all buildings, structures and improvements now standing or at any time hereafter constructed or placed upon the Land (“Buildings”), including all hereditaments, easements, appurtenances, riparian rights, mineral rights, water rights, rights in and to the lands lying in streets, alleys, and roads adjoining the land, estates and other rights and interests now or hereafter belonging to or in any way pertaining to the Land.

The Council agrees that it will, during the Term, allow the Commissioner and the RFS to occupy and use the Premises (being the land and buildings or parts of land and buildings specified in Schedule 1), or such other land and buildings as may be agreed upon in writing between the Council and the Commissioner, on the following terms and conditions:
