School Land definition

School Land means the land specified in Item 3 of the Schedule.

More Definitions of School Land

School Land means the land shown edged in green on Plan 3;

School Land means the land shown indicatively edged yellow on Plan [2] or such other part of the Site as may be agreed between the Owner and the Council PROVIDED THAT wherever it is located on the Site such land shall consist of a single area of not less than [XX] hectares in area and shall be free of ecological and archaeological constraints

School Land means the School Land described in Part 1 of Schedule 1 and this definition shall be deemed to include (unless otherwise stated) any part or parts of the School Land

School Land means those rectangular sections 16 and 36 within each township surveyed on or before January 3, 1959, and confirmed and transferred to the State of Alaska upon its admission under sec. 6(k), Alaska Statehood Act, 72 Stat. 339, and any other land designated solely for school revenues;
