Labor Management Committee (LMC). A. The Superintendent and another administrator of his choice and two (2) members appointed by the Association President shall meet at least once in the months of September, November, January, and April to attempt to resolve non-contractual issues and to avoid possible misunderstandings or grievances. Either party may convene a meeting in the other months during the school year. Meeting times, dates and length of meetings shall be established by mutual agreement.
