K-5. Fall Conferences: One (1) half day and (2) evening conferences. Evening conferences shall not be scheduled to exceed (3) hours and the total conferences in a day shall not exceed five and one half hours (5 1/2). Teachers shall receive a minimum break of sixty (60) minutes for each meal not provided. All conferences shall conclude by 8:00 p.m. In the event that the administrator requires a teacher to stay later than the scheduled end of conferences, they shall be paid at Schedule D rates. K-5. All teachers in the building will receive a score based on a comparison of building ELA and Math scores to statewide ELA and Math scores. The percentage of 4th and 5th grade students in the building achieving levels 3/4 will be compared to the statewide percentage of 4th and 5th grade students achieving levels 3/4. Each comparison will yield a difference. Each teacher will be scored based on an average of the two differences. The score will be converted into HEDI points according to the table in section IV(d). In each elementary building, all teachers will receive the same HEDI score.

  • Elementary teachers K-5 shall normally have a guaranteed break during recess periods.

  • Elementary teachers (K-5) will not be required to attend more than three (3) night activities per year exclusive of scheduled parent-teacher conferences.

  • Provided that the former administrator remains an employee of the school district, he/she shall be offered the first administrative opening within the grade-level (i.e., K-5 or 6-8 or 9-12) of his/her immediately preceding administrative assignment.

  • Within the financial constraints of the district and building/room utilization, administrators will schedule in Grades K-5 forty (40) minutes art, music, physical education, and technology.

  • Short-rotation coppice means a specific management regime whereby the poles of trees are cut every one to two years and which is aimed at producing biomass for energy. It is exempt from the UK government timber procurement policy requirements and falls under agricultural regulation and supervision rather than forestry. The exemption only refers to short-rotation coppice, and not 'conventional' coppice which is forest management and therefore subject to the timber policy.

  • Annexure F means, if applicable to the Product or the subject matter of this Agreement and read conjunctively with the Contractor’s obligations in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, the express warranties provided by the Contractor in relation to the Product.

  • Energy Transmission Injection Rights means the rights to schedule energy deliveries at a specified point on the Transmission System. Energy Transmission Injection Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Deliveries scheduled using Energy Transmission Injection Rights have rights similar to those under Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service.

SPECIALTY PRESCRIPTION DRUG is a type of prescription drug listed on our formulary that generally is identified by, but not limited to, features such as: • being produced by DNA technology; • treats chronic or long term disease; • requires customized clinical monitoring and patient support; and • needs special handling.
