Authorized Site definition

Authorized Site means a single geographic location in which Licensee conducts business, with a radius of no more than five (5) miles, which location is identified above.
Authorized Site means the Service Provider’s head office in Canada or such other premises of the Service Provider as may be approved in writing by HO;
Authorized Site means a single geographically contiguous location (e.g. a campus or office building or complex) that is under a single administration.

More Definitions of Authorized Site

Authorized Site means the physical location identified in the Order to the extent applicable to the Software at which Licensee may install and use the Software on an Authorized Machine.
