Common use of JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT Clause in Contracts

JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT. It is agreed that Joint Labour Management meetings will be held on a regular basis, at least once per quarter, involving an equal number of management and employee representatives to a maximum of three (3) employee representatives and three (3) Employer representatives. The purpose of these meetings is to promote a harmonious relationship between management and employees, and the expectation is for a good faith discussion related to issues in the workplace. The taking of minutes will alternate between the Employer and employees. Minutes are to be kept by the Employer and provided to the Union within two (2) weeks of the meeting date upon which the minutes are approved.

The taking of minutes will alternate between the Employer and be handled by employees. Minutes are to will be kept by the Employer and provided to the Union within two (2) weeks of the meeting date upon which the minutes are approved.
