Joining. Submission of a Membership Application Form is an offer by the Member to Brio Leisure to become a member of the centre subject to the terms and conditions of this contract.
Joining. 1. The parties agree that membership of Unilever APF is in principle restricted to two Unilever APF Rings, namely the Progress Ring and the Forward Ring. A group scheme that is unrelated to Unilever may not join Unilever APF.
2. If and insofar as Unilever wishes to have a Pension Scheme administered by Unilever APF in a manner that differs from the Progress Ring or the Forward Ring it may submit a request for that. If Unilever APF agrees to this request the parties shall make additional agreements about the configuration of the Unilever APF Ring and the method of introducing capital into the new Unilever APF Ring, insofar as that is present, and the transfer of the administrations, insofar as they are present. Agreements between the parties in relation to a new Unilever APF Ring shall have no impact on the existing agreements between the parties in relation to the Progress Ring and the Forward Ring, as set out in this Administration Agreement.
3. If Unilever wishes to terminate the administration of a pension scheme by Unilever APF via one of the two Unilever APF Rings that which is stipulated in Article 29 shall apply.
Joining. 1. This Agreement shall be open for any Member State of the Community of Independent States for joining that recognizes the provisions of the Agreement effective on the moment of joining and expresses its readiness to fulfill them in full volume.
2. The joining shall be carried out on terms and according to procedure established in a separate agreement with a joining state that is preliminarily agreed and is to be approved by all the Contracting Parties in compliance with their interstate procedures.

In order to join Bambucorn as a Member, the Member must be either (a) a natural person who is 18 years of age or over (which the Platform refers to as an "individual Member") or (b) a legal person, including a limited company, a limited partnership, a limited liability partnership, or other form of legal entity, a partnership or unincorporated association, including a fund that is not structured as a legal person, a department, executive agency or non-departmental public body of a national, regional, local or supra-national government (which the Platform refers to as a "non-natural Member"). In executing this Agreement, the Member warrants to the Platform that it meets the criteria of an individual Member or a non-natural Member and that it is not subject to the laws of any territory which would make its participation in the Platform unlawful.
Joining. 1.1. Submission of a membership application form online or within any Volair club is an offer by the member to Volair Ltd to become a member of the club(s) subject to the terms and conditions of this contract
1.2. Upon joining Volair the member consents to having his/her photograph taken by Volair Ltd
1.3. Members applying for a concessionary membership, corporate membership or student membership will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility
1.4. Corporate memberships are only applicable to the employee of that organisation and does not extend to family members
Joining. Joining of all pipes shall be absolutely water tight and as per BIS Standards, unless otherwise specified.
Joining. The adherence of an additional party shall be subject to an amendment of this Agreement. The impact on the provision of training courses under this Agreement shall be resolved by the Steering Committee.
Joining. In executing this Agreement, you warrant to us that you meet the criteria of an individual member, a corporate member, an unincorporated member or a government member.
Joining i. Organizations at the time of initial singing this MoU shall be the founding Regular Members, who shall set up the Executive Council which will formalize further memberships.
ii. Once the Executive Council is set up, applications from other organizations, individuals shall be made to the Council in writing or through email.
iii. The Executive Council shall have the powers to sanction or reject such membership applications, after due consideration with any other relevant members as needed.
iv. The Executive Council can invite senior experts in the relevant fields as Invited Members.
Joining. 2.1 You must be an adult aged 18 years or older, or aged 16 years or older accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also a member, to become a Pop Chorus member (subject to proof of identity/age e.g. passport/driving license and proof of legal guardianship if required).
2.2 You’re welcome to try us out at a free taster session, with absolutely no obligation to join.
2.3 If you decide to join, we’ll ask you to complete a short registration form, so that we can contact you and keep you up to date.
2.4 You choose a ‘main’ choir group to register as a member of and pay a one-off administrative joining fee of £10 for your name badge, lanyard and lyrics folder (you’ll get your name badge towards the end of your first half term).
2.5 If you join mid-term your first term’s fee will be calculated pro-rata based on the number of weeks remaining.
2.6 Thereafter, you pay for membership on an ongoing basis (monthly or termly – see section 5 ‘Membership fees’ below).
