Setup Fee. When a new mutual fund family joins LPL’s platform, it may be charged up to $40,000 to add the fund to its recordkeeping platform, which is the sum of a $15,000 due diligence fee and a setup fee of $5,000 per fund (up to a maximum of $25,000 total for all funds).
Setup Fee. Lessee shall be required to pay a setup fee (if any) as indicated in Appendix A. The Setup Fee is charged for the activation of the software for use by Lessee. It may include such actions as installation and configuration of ConnectBooster software for use by Lessee. The Setup Fee may also include data entry into ConnectBooster systems such as is necessary for licensing the software, enabling updates, billing, or other data tracking or requirements of ConnectBooster. The Setup Fee is a one-time fee and is not charged monthly or annually as the other lease payments. However, should Lessee incur changes in their systems such that ConnectBooster must perform additional actions to re-install or re- enable the functionality of the Leased software, ConnectBooster may, at its sole discretion, charge an additional fee for such actions as it deems appropriate.
Setup Fee. LPL may charge variable annuity product sponsors a one-time networking setup fee of up to $75,000 to reimburse LPL for associated technology-related costs.
Setup Fee. The Borrower shall pay to DBNY a Setup Fee in an amount and at the time as set forth in the fee letter between DBNY and the Borrower dated as of May 14, 2015 (the “May 2015 Fee Letter”). Setup Fee. Upon execution of this Agreement, Customer shall pay CFS the one-time setup fee of $250. See Exhibit A for branding and customization details.

Setup Fee. If a band or DJ is hired for the event and the host has not opted out of using the equipment at Parkway there will be a $50 setup fee. This fee is waived if the equipment at Parkway is not used, however, a face to face site meeting will be required 7 days out of the event with a Parkway manager and sound tech to discuss and make sure the band or DJ is executed correctly.
