JOB CLASSIFICATIONS, WAGES AND FRINGE BENEFITS. 4.1 The list of job classifications and applicable wage rates set forth in Appendix "A" of this Memorandum is a part of this Memorandum, such rates being effective on the dates provided for therein.

JOB CLASSIFICATIONS, WAGES AND FRINGE BENEFITS. 4.1 The wage rates for the classifications covered by this Memorandum of Understanding are set forth in Appendix "A.". All represented employees employed on the date the Board of Directors (Board) approves this 2021-2025 MOU shall receive a non-PERSable lump sum payment of $1,500. Effective the first full pay period after Board approval of this 2021-2025 MOU, the wage rates for all steps in the salary ranges for all represented classifications shall be increased by 3.0%, as set forth in Appendix B. Effective the pay period that includes April 1, 2022, the wage rates for all steps in the salary ranges for all represented classifications shall be increased by a further 3.0%, as set forth in Appendix C. Effective the pay period that includes April 1, 2023, the wage rates for all steps in the salary ranges for all represented classifications shall be increased by a further 3.0%, as set forth in Appendix D. Effective the pay period that includes April 1, 2024, the wage rates for all steps in the salary ranges for all represented classifications shall be increased by a further 3.0%, as set forth in Appendix E.

  • WAGES AND FRINGE BENEFITS ‌ The minimum hourly rate of Wages and Benefits shall be as per Attachment “A”. Wages at the established rates specified herein shall be paid weekly in the shop or on the job at or before quitting time on any day, Monday through Friday, of each week, and no more than five (5) calendar days pay will be withheld. Alternative payroll procedures, i.e., electronic and/or automatic deposit may be utilized by the Employer. Employees laid off through no fault of their own shall be paid in full ½ hour prior to quitting time or if the employee is signed up for electronic transfer, the money shall be transferred to his or her account within 24 hours. Employees who were discharged or voluntarily quit shall be paid their wages per the Site Local Union’s Agreement. Assessments or Penalties for late pay or non-payment of wages shall be as per the Site Local Inside Collective Bargaining Agreement. Holidays and vacations shall comply with the terms of the Site Local Inside Collective Bargaining Agreement.

  • TREATMENT OF FRINGE BENEFITS The fringe benefits are charged using the rate(s) listed in the Fringe Benefits Section of this Agreement. The fringe benefits included in the rate(s) are listed below. TREATMENT OF PAID ABSENCES Vacation, holiday, sick leave pay and other paid absences are included in salaries and wages and are claimed on grants, contracts and other agreements as part of the normal cost for salaries and wages. Separate claims are not made for the cost of these paid absences.

  • Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum. This compensation is subject to annual review and adjustment, as appropriate in the judgment of the Company. The compensation payable pursuant to this Section 5(a) shall be payable in equal semi-monthly installments on the last day of each such pay period.

  • Salary and Fringe Benefits The employee shall be paid a salary which is the pro- rata share of the salary which the employee would have earned had he or she not elected to exercise the option of reduced workload. The employee shall retain all other rights and benefits enjoyed by full-time members of the unit.

  • JOB CLASSIFICATIONS For the purpose of this Agreement the following classifications will be applicable:

  • Other Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive such of the Company’s other fringe benefits as are being provided to other Executives of the Company on the Senior Executive Team.

  • New Job Classifications 11.1 Whenever the Company determines it appropriate to create a new job classification in the bargaining unit, it shall proceed as follows.

  • Wages and Classification Premiums Provisions under these headings shall remain unchanged and are repeated as 20.04, except to the extent that the Wage Schedule referred to in the hospital's expiring collective agreement shall be adjusted and retroactivity shall be paid in accordance with the Implementation Agreement signed.

  • EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS REGULAR FULL-

  • JOB CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY 7.01 Employees shall be classified and paid in accordance with Schedule "A" which is attached to this Agreement and forms a part of it.
