Issue Escalation Plan is inserted as follows: As part of the Mini-Bid, the Authorized User may require the Contractor to develop and submit an issue escalation plan. The escalation plan should describe how the Contractor will manage any resulting Authorized User Agreement to ensure uninterrupted, high quality performance and overall contract effectiveness. The plan must at a minimum: • Detail action(s) to be taken to investigate any issues reported by an Authorized User; • Describe the process used to monitor and investigate any issues identified by the Contractor, and to notify an Authorized User of any such issues identified by the Contractor; • Describe how the Contractor will ensure an issue is addressed and resolved in a timely manner, and Authorized User Agreement terms and conditions, as well as any terms and conditions unique to an Authorized User Agreement, are met; and • Include a depiction of the chain of command for purposes of escalation, including at each level of the chain, a named contact, specifying the contact's title, role, phone number and email address.

Issue Escalation Plan. The Contractor’s Issue Escalation Plan is attached hereto as Attachment 2 - Issue Escalation Plan. Contractor shall adhere to such plan during the term of this Agreement. OGS may require Contractor to modify this plan at any time during such term.

  • Job Evaluation Plan (a) The Employer agrees that no job evaluation plan pertaining to positions covered by this Agreement will be introduced without the mutual agreement of the Parties.

  • Adjustment Plan (A) If the Employer introduces or intends to introduce a measure, policy, practice or change that affects the terms, conditions or security of employment of a significant number of employees by classification to whom the Collective Agreement applies;

  • Implementation Plan The Authority shall cause to be prepared an Implementation Plan meeting the requirements of Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and any applicable Public Utilities Commission regulations as soon after the Effective Date as reasonably practicable. The Implementation Plan shall not be filed with the Public Utilities Commission until it is approved by the Board in the manner provided by Section 4.9.

  • Supplementation of Compensation Award ‌ If an employee is prevented from performing the employee's regular work with the City on account of an occupational accident that is recognized by the Workers' Compensation Board as compensable within the meaning of the Workers' Compensation Act, the City will supplement the award made by the Workers' Compensation Board for loss of wages to the employee by such an amount that the award of the Workers' Compensation Board for loss of wages (excluding non- economic loss payment), together with the supplementation by the City, will equal 100% of the employee's regular net wage (gross pay less statutory deductions, union dues and required benefit plan contributions). The said supplementation shall not be payable to any employee entitled to compensation after pension age if such an employee is entitled to an unreduced pension as provided under the Local Authorities Pension Plan or after the full age of 65 years if such an employee is not entitled to a pension. Subject to the foregoing limitation, the procedure to be followed in operating this policy shall be as follows:

  • Management Plan The Management Plan is the description and definition of the phasing, sequencing and timing of the major Individual Project activities for design, construction procurement, construction and occupancy as described in the IPPA.

  • Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic DHCS PHI or PI in the event of an emergency.   • Benefit Level Two Health Care Network Determination Issues regarding the health care networks for the 2017 insurance year shall be negotiated in accordance with the following procedures:

  • Deferred Compensation Plan Manager shall be eligible to participate in the First Mid-Illinois Bancshares, Inc. Deferred Compensation Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Plan.

  • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.
