INVOLVING SERVICE USERS AND CARERS. The Partnership will ensure that service users are involved in decision making at all levels; individual assessment and care planning, service provision, planning, training and development, commissioning and monitoring. The Barking and Dagenham Learning Disability Action Group (see Schedule 5 paragraph 5.5) will provide an opportunity for users and other stakeholders to raise issues and concerns and comment on the plans and proposals from the Learning Disability Partnership Board. The action group will take responsibility for implementing agreed elements of the Joint Investment Plan including the consultation and monitoring programme. Service Users will be supported within the partnership arrangement by Barking and Dagenham Mencap. There will be a user group supporting people to be involved in the Learning Disability Partnership Board, the Action Group and other meetings and events. There will be assistance with organising and facilitating an annual conference, the topics of which will be identified by users. Membership of the Learning Disability Partnership Board will include people with Learning Disabilities and carers. SCHEDULE 3UNDERLYING PRINCIPLES

  • Subcontracting for Medicaid Services Notwithstanding any permitted subcontracting of services to be performed under this Agreement, Party shall remain responsible for ensuring that this Agreement is fully performed according to its terms, that subcontractor remains in compliance with the terms hereof, and that subcontractor complies with all state and federal laws and regulations relating to the Medicaid program in Vermont. Subcontracts, and any service provider agreements entered into by Party in connection with the performance of this Agreement, must clearly specify in writing the responsibilities of the subcontractor or other service provider and Party must retain the authority to revoke its subcontract or service provider agreement or to impose other sanctions if the performance of the subcontractor or service provider is inadequate or if its performance deviates from any requirement of this Agreement. Party shall make available on request all contracts, subcontracts and service provider agreements between the Party, subcontractors and other service providers to the Agency of Human Services and any of its departments as well as to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Experience • One years’ post graduate (Nurse Entry to Practice or equivalent) experience, or be undertaking this currently. • Please refer to area specific person specification if applicable. • Experience in an equivalent clinical setting to which you are being employed into.   • Customer Complaints Each party hereby agrees to promptly provide to the other party copies of any written or otherwise documented complaints from customers of Dealer received by such party relating in any way to the Offering (including, but not limited to, the manner in which the Shares are offered by the Dealer Manager or Dealer), the Shares or the Company.

  • Customer The agency or eligible user that purchases commodities or contractual services pursuant to the Contract.

  • Third Party Users If required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or if the Parties mutually agree, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld, to allow one or more third parties to use the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, or any part thereof, Developer will be entitled to compensation for the capital expenses it incurred in connection with the Attachment Facilities based upon the pro rata use of the Attachment Facilities by Connecting Transmission Owner, all third party users, and Developer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually-agreed upon methodology. In addition, cost responsibility for ongoing costs, including operation and maintenance costs associated with the Attachment Facilities, will be allocated between Developer and any third party users based upon the pro rata use of the Attachment Facilities by Connecting Transmission Owner, all third party users, and Developer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually agreed upon methodology. If the issue of such compensation or allocation cannot be resolved through such negotiations, it shall be submitted to FERC for resolution.

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.

  • Customer Affiliates Customer Affiliates may purchase and use Service subscription and Professional Services subject to the terms of this Agreement by executing Order Forms or Statements of Work hereunder that incorporate by reference the terms of this Agreement, and in each such case, all references in this Agreement to Customer shall be deemed to refer to such Customer Affiliate for purposes of such Order Form or Statements of Work.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS and task orders solicited and awarded under XXXXX. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).
