Customer Affiliates. Customer Affiliates may purchase and use Service subscription and Professional Services subject to the terms of this Agreement by executing Order Forms or Statements of Work hereunder that incorporate by reference the terms of this Agreement, and in each such case, all references in this Agreement to Customer shall be deemed to refer to such Customer Affiliate for purposes of such Order Form or Statements of Work.
Customer Affiliates. 10.1 O2 acknowledges that the Customer may permit a Customer Affiliate to use the Services and Equipment supplied by O2 to the Customer under this Agreement. Customer Affiliates. An Affiliate may purchase XXXXXXXX.XX products and/or services either by executing a participation agreement with XXXXXXXX.XX or through XXXXXXXX.XX’s acceptance of an Order issued by such Affiliate or Authorized Reseller (as applicable). Upon execution of a participation agreement by Affiliate or, if the Affiliate issues a purchase order referring to this Section 12.j, that is accepted by XXXXXXXX.XX, such Affiliate shall be deemed to have purchased such products and/or services hereunder, and such Affiliate shall be bound by and shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement as a “Customer” under the Agreement.
Customer Affiliates. Any Customer Affiliate may use the Service Offerings under the terms of this Agreement by executing an addendum to this Agreement with AWS, as mutually agreed by AWS and the Customer Affiliate.
Customer Affiliates. Customer shall serve as a single point of contact for Provider and be solely responsible for internal coordination, review, and submission of any processing instructions in respect of which any Customer Affiliate is the Controller.
Customer Affiliates. Customer may extend its rights, benefits and protections to its Affiliates and to contractors acting on its or its Affiliates’ behalf, so long as Customer remains responsible for their compliance hereunder, in which case all references to Customer in this Agreement shall include Customer’s Affiliates.
Customer Affiliates. Customer enters into this DPA on behalf of itself and, to the extent required under Data Protection Legislation, in the name and on behalf of its Affiliates (as defined in the Terms), if and to the extent you provide such Affiliates with access to the Services and we process Customer Personal Data for which such Affiliates qualify as the data controller (“Customer Affiliates”). For the purposes of this DPA only, and except where indicated otherwise, the terms “Customer” and “you” shall include Customer and Affiliates.
Customer Affiliates. Both parties acknowledge and agree that, by signing the Agreement, Xxxxxxxx enters into this DPA on behalf of itself and, to the extent required under applicable data protection laws, in the name and on behalf of its Affiliates that use the Cloud Services, if and to the extent Analyste processes Personal Data for which such Customer Affiliates qualify as data controllers as meant in clause 3.1. For the purposes of this DPA only, the term "Customer" includes Customer and its above meant Affiliates.
