Common use of Interruption of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Interruption of Vacation. An employee in the bargaining unit may be permitted to interrupt or terminate vacation leave in order to begin another type of paid leave provided by this Agreement without a return to active service. The basis for the change in status is to be determined by the District.
