Interest on Prime Loans. The Borrower shall pay interest on its Prime Loans outstanding from time to time at a rate per annum equal to the aggregate of the Prime Rate and the Applicable Pricing Margin in effect from time to time. Such interest shall be calculated on the principal amount of each Prime Loan and on the basis of the actual number of days each such Prime Loan is outstanding in a year of 365 days. Such interest shall be payable monthly in arrears on each Interest Payment Date for such Prime Loan. Changes in the Prime Rate shall cause an immediate adjustment of the interest rate applicable to each Prime Loan without the necessity of any notice to the Borrower.

Interest on Prime Loans. The applicable Borrower shall pay interest to the Agent on behalf of each Lender on each Prime Loan outstanding from time to time at a rate per annum equal to the Prime Rate in effect from time to time plus the Applicable Margin. Interest on Prime Loans. The Borrower shall pay interest in Canadian Dollars on each Prime Loan made by each Lender at the Administrative Agent's Account for Payments, in the case of the Syndicated Facility, and at the Operating Lender's Account for Payments, in the case of the Operating Facility, in each case at a rate per 365 days equal to the Prime Rate plus the Applicable Margin applicable to such Prime Loan. A change in the Prime Rate or the Applicable Margin will simultaneously cause a corresponding change in the interest payable on each Prime Loan. Such interest shall accrue daily based on the Prime Rate and Applicable Margin in effect on such day and is payable monthly in arrears on each Interest Date for the period commencing on and including the immediately prior Interest Date up to but not including the Interest Date on which such interest is to be paid and shall be calculated on a daily basis and on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in a year of 365 days. The annual rates of interest to which the rates determined in accordance with the foregoing provisions of this Section 5.1 are equivalent, are the rates so determined multiplied by the actual number of days in the relevant year and divided by 365.
