Community practice protocol means a written, executed agreement entered into voluntarily between an authorized pharmacist and a physician establishing drug therapy management for one or more of the pharmacist’s and physician’s patients residing in a community setting. A community practice protocol shall comply with the requirements of subrule 8.34(2).
Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice means the current standards of the appraisal profession, developed for appraisers and users of appraisal services by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
Evidence-based practice means programs or practices that are supported by research methodology and have produced consistently positive patterns of results when replicated within the intent of the published guidance.
Reasonable Best Efforts means best efforts, to the extent commercially reasonable.
Positive Behavioral Theory and Practice means a proactive approach to individual behavior and behavior interventions that:
Reasonable Commercial Efforts means, with respect to the applicable obligation of the Company, reasonable commercial efforts for similarly situated, publicly-traded companies.
Certificate of Catholic Practice means a certificate issued by the family’s parish priest (or the priest in charge of the church where the family attends Mass) in the form laid down by the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. It will be issued if the priest is satisfied that at least one Catholic parent or carer (along with the child, if he or she is over seven years old) have (except when it was impossible to do so) attended Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation for at least five years (or, in the case of the child, since the age of seven, if shorter). It will also be issued when the practice has been continuous since being received into the Church if that occurred less than five years ago. It is expected that most Certificates will be issued on the basis of attendance. A Certificate may also be issued by the priest when attendance is interrupted by exceptional circumstances which excuse from the obligation to attend on that occasion or occasions. Evidence-based practices means policies, procedures, programs, and practices proven by scientific research to reliably produce reductions in recidivism;

Consult collegially means that the district governing board shall develop policies on academic and professional matters through either or both of the following methods, according to its own discretion:
Group practice means a group of two or more health care providers legally organized as a partnership, professional corporation, or similar association:
Design Criteria Professional means a firm who holds a current certificate of registration under Chapter 481 of the Florida Statutes, to practice architecture or landscape architecture, or a firm who holds a current certificate as a registered engineer under Chapter 471 of the Florida Statutes, to practice engineering, and who is employed by or under contract to the District to provide professional architect services, landscape architect services, or engineering services in connection with the preparation of the Design Criteria Package.
Promising practice means a practice that presents, based on preliminary information, potential for becoming a research-based or consensus-based practice.
Opportunity Cost means a component of the Market Seller Offer Cap calculated in accordance with Tariff, Attachment DD, section 6. OPSI Advisory Committee:
Commercial Fishing Worker means Commercial fishing worker as defined in Section 420.503, F.S.

Energy Market Opportunity Cost means the difference between (a) the forecasted cost to operate a specific generating unit when the unit only has a limited number of available run hours due to limitations imposed on the unit by Applicable Laws and Regulations, and (b) the forecasted future Locational Marginal Price at which the generating unit could run while not violating such limitations.
