Drawdown Date definition

Drawdown Date means, in relation to an Advance, the date requested by the Borrower for the Advance to be made, or (as the context requires) the date on which the Advance is actually made;
Drawdown Date means the date on which a Drawdown is made by the Borrower pursuant to the provisions hereof and which shall be a Banking Day.
Drawdown Date means, in relation to each Advance, any date, being a Banking Day falling during the Drawdown Period for such Advance, on which the relevant Advance is, or is to be, made available;

Examples of Drawdown Date in a sentence

  • If the conditions set out in this Agreement have been met, each Lender shall no later than 11:00 hours on the Drawdown Date make available to the Agent for the account of the Borrower an amount equal to its participation in the drawing to be advanced pursuant to a Drawdown Notice.

  • The Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivering to the Agent a duly completed Drawdown Notice no later than 11:00 hours three (3) Business Days prior to the proposed Drawdown Date.

Drawdown Date means the date of the advance of a Loan.
