Agent’s Fees. The Borrower shall pay to the Agent for its own account such fees as may from time to time be agreed between the Borrower and the Agent.
Agent’s Fees. The Company shall pay to the Agent for its own account such fees as may from time to time be agreed in writing between the Company and the Agent.
Agent’s Fees. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of the Agents such fees as may from time to time be agreed between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Agent’s Fees. Until the Indebtedness has been repaid and discharged in full and no commitment to extend any credit hereunder is outstanding, Borrower shall pay to the Agent, as applicable, any agency or other fee(s) set forth (or to be set forth from time to time) in the applicable Fee Letter on the terms set forth therein. The agency fees referred to in this Section 12.13 shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
Agent’s Fees. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent and the Syndication Agent, each for its own account, one or more fees in such amounts and at such times as has been previously agreed between the Borrower and each of them.
Agent’s Fees. The Company agrees promptly to pay to the Agent such fees as may be agreed from time to time by the Company and the Agent.
Agent’s Fees. The Borrower shall pay to the Agent those fees, in addition to the commitment fees referenced in Section 2.4(a), in the amounts and at the times separately agreed to between the Agent and the Borrower.
